Located in the heart of midtown Kansas City at 3701 Broadway, the Chatham Apartments is now open as a 40-unit senior affordable housing project. It is one of the few, if only in the U.S.,senior housing projects that has solar units for common space heating and cooling .

This project wil contribute to the redevelopment of the Broadway corridor, which has experienced a rebirth in recent years.

Formerly a hotel, the Chatham is one of the last properties in need of renovation to stabilize the Broadway corridor.
